Yoga Nidra is a lying down relaxation meditation for the mind. There is no movement involved, only relaxation, which takes you to the point between being awake and asleep, it’s like the ‘going to sleep’ stage. It works by taking you to brainwave states similar to those in sleep but remaining aware throughout. Since sleep natural to mankind, it’s easy to enter this state of ‘nothingness’ and go very deep in relaxation where our bodies and mind can heal.

Crystal Singing Bowls are made from 99.9% quartz crystal which makes them powerful amplifiers of healing sounds and frequencies. Our bodies are mostly water and vibration , so we are perfect conductors of these healing frequencies. Many describe crystal singing bowls as 'Heavenly' or 'Angelic' . When played with skill and intent they enhance deep relaxation , mental clarity , creative inspiration and healing for mind, body and spirit. 

Lie back and enjoy being washed with Angelic healing vibrations from the crystal bowls and harmonic chimes. A 45 minute Yoga Nidra session is said to be the equivalent of several hours of deep sleep. You should emerge at the end of the session deeply replenished and relaxed.
