Winter solstice, 15th December, to connect with Holly

A shamanic journey is where I will guide you into subtle reality to a rapid drum beat. This puts your brain into a theta state which also aligns you to the pulse of the earth. Both hemispheres of the brain harmonise so that imagery is created which you can participate in and disassociate from your body.

It is said that shamanic journeying is different from meditation in that part of your soul makes the spiritual journey bringing back wisdom, healing and inspiration . See my blog page for further explanation.

Each seasonal festival of the celtic wheel of the sun, I will lead you on a shamanic journey to connect with the corresponding tree to receive wisdom, guidance, inspiration and healing.

More about Zorah Cholmondeley

She has always loved plants, flowers and trees. As a child she was happiest outdoors, immersing herself in nature. It was many years later, with the discovery of Shamanism and attending Caitlin and John Matthews’ ‘Walkers Between the Worlds’ programme, that she started to receive healing and guidance from Queen Maeve of the Fae. Queen Maeve inspired her to connect with the spirits of plants and trees and Zorah posts the messages she receives on her Instagram account (shares to facebook) Nurtureyournaturewithzorah  and has written a book, ‘The Enchanted Garden – conscious gardening with the fae and elementals’, published by Clairview Books and available from www.clairviewbooks.com and  from all good bookstores. Also available on Amazon and other online book stores.

Zorah holds a monthly shamanic journey circle where participants connect to the spirit of a plant, tree or the fae to receive wisdom, healing and inspiration.

Shamanic journeying  is when part of the soul takes flight and travels along the cosmic web of subtle reality also called the ‘other world. It is facilitated by the rapid beat of a drum which puts you in an altered state of awareness so that you can disassociate from your body in order to participate fully in the journey. A shamanic journey is always taken with a shamanic ally, often your power animal which leads the way and you can ask questions of your animal ally if you don’t understand what is being shown to you. Shamanic journeys are taken to retrieve wisdom, healing and inspiration. For more information about journeying, see http://zorahhealing.co.uk/shamanic-journeys-a-brief-overview
