Angie and Antony will be holding Sacred Sound Bath Meditations at Elmslie House once a month until further notice.

This is such a special venue to be surrounded with sacred sound!

The wooden floor maximises the vibrations of the singing bowls and gongs , transporting you into delightful dreamscapes and inner journeys of tranquillity.

When Antony and Angie join forces at Elmslie House you will have the healing vibrations of up to 5 gongs creating a truly surround sound experience ♥

Angie also plays the Tibetan and Quartz Crystal singing bowls using sequences of notes known in sound therapy as healing triads and harmonic musical intervals to facilitate deep relaxation and self healing.
